These 900 MHz Band ISM transceivers features ADI ADF7020 radio and Atmel ATmega88PA microcontroller. Bit rate programmable from 100bps to 38.4kbps. It also includes an on-board thermistor for temperature measurement, a crystal-based real-time clock, 6 GPIOs, and a serial port. A chip antenna reduces the overall transceiver footprint to 0.85in x 2.2in.
